• You must create an account to access certain features of the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• All course materials, videos, quizzes, and resources are owned by Bidyatan or its instructors.
• You may access course content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not redistribute, share, or sell any course content without explicit permission.
• Certificates earned are proof of completion and do not confer any academic credit.

• Some courses require payment. All prices are displayed in USD.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 20% of the course.
• Refund requests must be submitted through our support system.

• You agree to use the Platform respectfully and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• You may not harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• You may not attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and videos, is the property of Bidyatan or its content providers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or any applicable law. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any course content or information on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bidyatan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
